Daniel the Engineer was really nice and friendly, very professional.

I wanted something checking with my garage door. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and Kevin called within six hours of me making initial contact with the company. It transpired that there was nothing wrong with my door and I was charged nothing for the call and Kevin s service. I would have no hesitation in awarding this company five stars from my contact with them today if I have any need for ongoing maintenance to my garage door they will be my go to company. I have no hesitation in recommending them given the level of service I received today. It was so nice to receive prompt service from a local engineer.

My electric garage door stuck half shut. I called Garage Doors Fixed, an hour later had a call back saying the team were an hour away, fixed, paid and done an dusted in an hour from arriving. Friendly, polite and easy to work with. I can't thank the team enough.

Gordon came out properly less than 2 hours after I rang the company. He very quickly replaced the broken bands on our garage door and got it working again.

After a little miscommunication between the liaison reception staff to my self and between the Company the repair expert, Kevin, ( who arrived within the prescribed 1hr slot) the job was assessed, quoted for, negotiated, agreed, and done on the same morning!
